Yum!

I don't often lose track of a chocolate bar, but this little beauty appeared in my Christmas stocking and I must have shoved it in the cabinet before the small people could sniff it out and devour it.

Today I was rummaging around, looking for an afternoon pick-me-up and discovered it--what a wonderful surprise! This stuff is fantastic! I can't think of a better combination than dark chocolate and slivers of almonds and dried pears. The pears highlight the fruity notes in the chocolate and the nuts make it rich and mellow.

Now I just have to track down Santa's supplier...
